1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Waterwair, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Waterwair LLC provides AI chatbot software, onboarding, knowledge-base configuration, support tools, and related subscription services for business customers. Features may change over time as the service evolves.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for any use of the service by your team members or authorized users.
4. Pricing and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement. Current standard monthly plans are:
- Starter: $99 per month
- Growth: $249 per month
- Business: $499 per month
Enterprise or custom usage may be priced separately. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize Waterwair and its payment processor, Stripe, to charge the selected plan amount and any agreed usage-based fees or taxes.
5. Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. You may cancel from your Waterwair account or by emailing support@waterwair.com. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you reactivate.
6. Refund Policy
New self-serve subscriptions are eligible for a refund request within 7 calendar days of the first successful payment. After that period, subscription charges are generally non-refundable, including partial-period usage, unless required by law or stated in a separate written agreement. To request a refund, contact support@waterwair.com from the email associated with your account.
7. Return Policy
Waterwair is a digital software service. There are no physical goods to return, so a physical return process does not apply.
8. Customer Support
Customers may contact Waterwair through the website contact form, website chatbot, or by emailing support@waterwair.com. The website chat may provide AI assistance first, and customers may request a human agent at any time. Support response times may vary based on plan, issue complexity, and support volume.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to engage in unlawful conduct, abuse, fraud, harassment, spam, security attacks, unauthorized access, or infringement of third-party rights. You also agree not to upload malicious content or use Waterwair in a way that could disrupt the platform or other customers.
10. Customer Content
You retain responsibility for the data, documents, prompts, FAQs, and other content you provide to configure your chatbot. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and submit that content. We may process it solely to provide, secure, and support the service.
11. Third-Party Services
Waterwair may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, Chatwoot, cloud hosting providers, and authentication providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively, or in a way that creates risk to the service, other customers, or Waterwair. We may also suspend service for non-payment.
13. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Waterwair does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waterwair is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the service or these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date.
